Meet Kylie Whitaker
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life challenges with compassion, insight, and faith-centered support. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to pursue growth and healing.
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, grief and loss, spiritual concerns, personal growth, navigating difficult seasons of life, addiction, post-partum, court-ordered co-parenting and probationary counseling. I also enjoy working with individuals who are seeking greater emotional awareness, healthier coping skills, and stronger relationships.
My approach integrates evidence-based counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based approaches, and person-centered counseling, while also drawing from additional therapeutic methods to best meet each client’s unique needs. When the client desires, I incorporate faith and biblical principles into the counseling process.
