If you are interested in seeing a counselor at Christ Counseling Ministry, schedule a FREE, fifteen minute phone consultation by clicking on the button below. If you have a question, call 940-696-0181 between 9 am–4 pm, Monday–Thursday.
After scheduling an intake call, you’re requested call time will either be approaved or you will receive a notice that it was denied. If that happens, our Client Services Representative will call you to set up the intake call.
How much do counseling services cost?
Counseling Fees
Fees are based on the counselor’s level of licensure. Each session in 50 minutes. Fees are due PRIOR to the session unless otherwise arranged with client services.
Fully Licensed LPC—$130
LPC Associate—$110
Intern—$75
Do you take insurance?
We take some types of insurance, but it will depend on your payer and benefits and if the counselor you are paired with is credentialed with them. If you would like to verify coverage, you can send a photo of your insurance card to dena@ccmwf.com or speak with Dena via phone and have your Member ID and Group number ready.
If your insurance benefits are not verified or your counselor does not accept insurance, you also have the option to look into our Fee Assist Program (see below) which is based off of your household income and size, or there is the option of private pay and fee varies depending on the counselor’s licensing.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Our Fee Assistance Program makes counseling affordable for everyone. Depending on your household income, you can qualify for a reduced rate of $35, $65, or $95 per session. To qualify, bring one month’s worth of check stubs for your proof of tax filing from the previous year. This information can also be emailed to csr@ccmwf.com.
There will be additional charges for any legal needs.
What if I miss an appointment?
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance or there will be a $40 no-show fee. We require a credit card to be kept on file for late cancellations and no-show fees.
